How can you reinforce your positive intentions, so that you naturally gravitate toward the behaviors that promote them?

Through meditation. For example, let’s say you want to become a successful business owner. Think about how that will make you feel. Then, in meditation, use that feeling as a powerful point of focus.

Some meditation practices have you focus on a mantra or on your breath, but in this exercise, you are focusing only on the wonderful feelings you get from just thinking about your goal. Keep your attention on the feeling, and allow it to expand inside you.
