You may wish you could just escape the winter weather and have a holiday in the sun but with Christmas looming up you feel you cannot afford the time, money or both.

Don’t allow yourself to get caught up in the chaos.

You can take a break virtually anytime and anywhere.

Just stop or at least slow down and take 5 or 10 minutes out of your day – you’ll be amazed how good you will feel and how much more you can accomplish by doing this.

Go for a walk, maybe to the park for 5 minutes and really experience and enjoy nature.
