“Just on rare and special moments may something you do or say make all the difference to someone’s life”
Maya V. Patel
Almost 12 years ago, a very close friend of mine who is clinically deaf said something that made such a difference to my life…
“Michael, your Lifeflow tracks vs. a track with only binaural waves is the equivalent of giving a blind person a book in Braille rather than a standard printed book.”
His words were like music to my ears and I immediately experienced that warm, fuzzy feeling… you know, the kinda feeling you get when you help someone…
Now, twelve years later, Kevin Murphy from Australia (challenged all his life with deafness) created this 3 minute video and I really want to share it with you…
Wow… I’m sure you’ll agree that Kevin’s attitude is simply awesome and it’s wonderful how his perseverance has finally paid off.
Those of us with normal hearing may not be as aware of the effect that sound vibrations in the air have on our bodies as a whole.
Because we focus our attention almost exclusively on those vibrations as they are received through the normal auditory mechanism, but if we tune that out we will often find that we continue to experience the sense of “sound” through our body as a whole.
Here’s what Abbey said about this in the community back in 2007…
“This for me is very true as I tend to hear things other people don’t and feel some sound as vibrations through the body as a result of the hearing.”
Entrainment waves restricted to a set of headphones, such as isolated binaural waves, will impact only our ordinary auditory senses.
Monaural and Isochronics, played out in the open air, however, have the capacity to impact and influence the entire body.
Whether you have hearing difficulties or not, it’s good to know that there are benefits to be enjoyed both with and without headphones.
If you know anyone with hearing difficulties and you want to make a difference to their life, please feel free to share Kevin’s video.

I am profoundly deaf – hearing aids help but hearing still very difficult.
How did Kevin hear this?
I have listened with the hearing aids – but do not feel relaxed – almost reverse, more anxious. I would truly like some sort of sound to relax and meditate with. Over the years I have bought many headphones but not yet found any to hear comfortably through – hence wasted a lot of money.
Any advice about this will be most welcome thanks.
Thanks for taking the time to post your comments Margaret and we do hope Kevin’s inspiring Lifeflow review was helpful. Because Lifeflow Audio Technology contains all three audio technologies (and not just Binaural beats) it’s perfect for listening to with or without head/earphones.
Have you listened to the free Lifeflow sample yet Margaret? If not, feel free to contact our support team at [email protected] for personalized assistance and suggestions.

Yes thanks I listened to the sample, but maybe I need to listen regularly to get the relaxed effect. I will contact support – many thanks.
One of our helpful and friendly team members will definitely help and point you in the right direction Margaret 😉
Is it best to listen with the hearing aids in or without the hearing aids please? My hearing aids actually distort the sounds so the Lifeflow tracks would sound distorted. Would that make a difference to the various waves? Thanks for your help.
Thanks for your comment Rea and it’s a very good one.
LifeFlow Audio Technology creates lower frequencies inside your brain by combining tones of higher frequencies. Binaural beats (if you’re going to use headphones) are created in your olivary nucleus (on top of your brainstem on both sides) by giving tones with slightly different frequencies to each ear.
Isochronic tones ( in addition to the monaural tones used in Lifeflow Audio Technology ) are created by pulses of tones at audible frequencies, which are switched on or off (or from one frequency to another) at an interval that corresponds to the desired frequency. Again, the sound processing of your own brain assembles these into a steady wave at the target frequency and so your hearing aids really aren’t necessary Rea.
Hope that helps and if you have any further questions at all, please do feel free to contact a member of our support team, who will be only too happy to assist you. Namaste – the Project Meditation Team 🙂

Thank you for your reply. One more question!
My hearing loss in my right ear is severe and in my left ear it is moderate. Am I best listening to the tracks on open speakers and without my hearing aids. Will I get same benefit as normal hearing persons.
Thanks for your help.
We’d recommend trying both ways (with and without your hearing aids) whilst listening to Lifeflow over open speakers. Or if you wish to do a more thorough test, you could try one whole week of listening with the aids and the second without. This way, you will feel any significant differences. Do please keep us posted on your progress Rea. Namaste – the Project Meditation Team 🙂
