Hi, it’s Pollyanna here and I’m so excited to be in touch again…

Here are 2 amazingly fast and easy excercises in this 2 minute video that have helped me cope magnificently with the challenge of becoming wheelchair bound this last year…

If you remember me from the community, you’ll know I’m a great fan of Eckhart Tolle and how much meditation has changed my life and although I have been unable to communicate with you for some time, the team at Project Meditation have sent me all the wonderful success stories they receive and I have read every single one and felt deeply touched and thrilled for you.

Now, the team have asked me to watch this 2 minute video and give you my take on it…

I totally agree with Eckhart and Oprah when they say that most peoples lives are made up of many simple acts each day and if we are never present in each simple act or rather, we are always thinking of the next act and the one after that, we actually miss out on experiencing any of them. This creates frustration and stress. You can find true happiness by simply being aware of and experiencing each of your incredible senses in the simple things you do each day. Slowing down and embracing the present moment retrains your mind… and errodes your old conditioning of constantly thinking ahead to the next thing you need to do or the next place you need to be.

Why not try it yourself tonight while you are preparing or eating dinner or washing up afterwards. You may find it helpful to play one of the LifeFlow tracks while you do this and if you don’t have any, you can download the demo and play that.

Why not listen over speakers like Bryan from the community loves to do. He says… “I think it blankets the room with a wonderful, gentle energy.
