    Meditation ~

~ Is like saving money in a piggy bank, it doesn’t matter how much money
you have. It doesn’t matter whether you put in a penny or a silver dollar
as long as you’re putting in something. The intention is what matters, knowing
that the big picture will improve.

That’s what keeps me going !

    Hi
Have meditated on and off for significant periods of my life however found everything became magnified 1000 fold, visual, auditory, sensory etc to a point I had to stop. I am now recommitting after listening to a Deborah King series. I have my seed sound after paying a considerable amount of money but when I looked it up on your .com it said I would be chanting a deities name. Is it that unwholesome or trickery. Could I be chanting banana banana banana,Im not a cynical person but very or extremely sensitive. Could I have adverse affects apart from my wallet size.
    Thanking you
    Justine

      Hi Justine,

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us your comment and welldone on deciding to incorporate meditation back into your life.
With regards to how you felt previously in that everything became magnified for you, please rest assured, this is a very normal reaction of the mind to meditation, especially in the early days, weeks, months. A great idea would be take things very slowly. Instead of meditating for 20 minutes daily for example, go with 5 – 10 minutes daily for a week or so and gradually increase this.

If you still continue to feel uncertain about things, maybe you could contact the supplier of your previous purchase to see if they offer a money back guarantee.

Please note, Project Meditation does also offer a free non sector mantra meditatio course if in the future you’re interested.

We wish you all the very best Justine.

Namaste – the Project Meditation Team:-)
