Your family, your healthy body, your friends, or anything that you are truly grateful to have in your life. If you count your blessings on a regular basis, you will be amazed how much happier and centered you feel.

3. LIVE in the NOW! So many of us spend our days worrying about upcoming future events and past mistakes that we forget to actually just be present right NOW! Living in the moment is very liberating and when you get the knack of it, you will start to feel much more peace of mind.

4. Get moving. It’s proven that motion creates emotion. Just 20 minutes of light jogging everyday will help you to rid yourself of physical tension. The best time to do this is first thing in the morning, not only will you feel energized for your day but you will also get your metabolism burning up excess fat early in the day.

Inner peace ultimately leads to external peace. By creating peace in our inner world, we bring it into the external world, affecting other people too.

All the above techniques and tips are a great way for you to regain your feelings of peace.
