Electromagnetic radiation is a real cause for concern to us all but there is something profound we can do to protect ourselves.
Firstly, it’s important to understand that our natural world and our own bodies actually produce electromagnetic fields. These fields however are low in intensity.
Modern technology is unfortunately the culprit for massive amounts of invisible and silent electromagnetic fields, and these are the very fields that are causing health problems. Where there is WiFi and power lines, there is exposure to EMF pollution.
Dr. Elizabeth Plourde discusses the damage electromagnetic frequencies can cause in the body, even down to the cellular level.
Do you suffer from excessive headaches, fatigue or memory loss?
These are just three potential injuries caused by exposure to electromagnetic radiation.
Other injuries might include cancers (typically brain tumors), reduction in melatonin (not great when this is essential for healthy sleep cycles), cardiovascular stress, eye problems and more. You’ll find a whole host of other nasty symptoms, that you’ll likely relate to, though may not want to believe, if you only choose to do a little research yourself on the very real dangers of EMF pollution.
At the low end of the electromagnetic spectrum are extremely low-frequency waves. These come from the power lines that feed our household appliances, such as washing machines, ovens etc and can pose health risks, especially when they are close to the body for extended periods of time.
On the high end of the electromagnetic spectrum is what’s known as radio frequency radiation.
This is where the majority of damage comes from, whether it be through cell phones, cordless phones, mobile antennas and such.
Did you know that cellphones actually emit two kinds of EMF pollution?
These are microwave electromagnetic radiation from the antenna, and more from the actual body of the phone. Neither of which are good for us. In fact, further research will even find you questioning why you continue to use them.
If Albert Einstein’s findings are to be believed in that :
“Everything in life is a vibration”.
The question we really need to be asking ourselves, is what are we vibrating at and more importantly, what should be our ideal vibe?
Our incredible planet earth is surrounded by a layer of electrically charged particles called the ionosphere. Stay with me!
The lower layer of the ionosphere is roughly 60-80 kilometers from the earths crust and this charged layer is known to reflect radio waves.
Since the ionosphere is such a highly charged layer, it forms a so-called capacitor with our plant, meaning, there is a difference in electrical potential between the two. The Earth being negatively charged and the ionosphere being positively charged. Are you still with me?
As our bodies move and vibrate, these movements are transmitted to the environment, and vice versa. These fields affect the charges inside and outside of our bodies.
Lewis B. Hainsworth is the very first researcher to recognize the seriously hazardous affects of EMF pollution. Hainsworth stated how this could potentially disrupt the entire electromagnetic shield of planet earth, hence gravely affecting the whole biosphere. Consequently, human welfare would too, be seriously affected.
Hainsworth concluded that the frequencies of human brain-waves evolved in response to these signals and no longer vibrated at the preferred natural state.
If you’re not aware of the frequency known as the Schumann Resonance, which circulates our planet earth, let me enlighten you.
Current findings suggest:
7.83 Hz: This frequency has been associated with high levels of hypnotizability, meditation, increased HGH levels and cerebral blood flow levels seem to be much higher while this frequency is being stimulated.
When we intentionally generate these brain waves and go into resonance with this earth frequency, we naturally feel better, refreshed, and in sync. What’s more … vibrating at this frequency actually combats the dangers of electromagnetic radiation.
You could call it environmental synchronization, all through whole brain synchronization.
So while WiFi makes life easier in so many ways, we have to ask ourselves what price we put on this kind of convenience.
Further research on exposing ourselves to the Schumann resonance frequency whilst living in this faster, smaller and wifi world is paramount.
Not only do we need to protect ourselves, we need to teach our future generations how to do the same.
If we don’t take immediate action and start taking this more seriously, we risk the real danger of modern technology affecting our minds, the cellular and genetic structure of our bodies, our sleep and dream cycles, our emotions, and perhaps even our spirit.
