I'm very ignorant computer-wise.
I'd purchased some LifeFlow entrainment audio and it didn't work on my computer. I followed suggestions on FAQ and it didn't work, so I
e-mailed customer service.
Well, in a couple of days, Isabelle contacted me and I explained the situation. She helped me resolve it and now I can play my LifeFlow!!
