    Hello

    Can anybody help me? I've downloaded Discover Meditation but it's in a zipped MP3 format which I don't seem to be able to open.

    Do I need to download some special software to be able to unzip the file? If so, is there some reliable software that anyone can recommend as I'm always a bit wary when downloading free software from the internet!

    Hi Tansy,

    What operating system are you using? If it's MS Windows then you should be able to open the zip file just by double clicking on it, as Windows supports zip files as if they are folders, then you can just copy the MP3 file out of it.

    If you don't have zip automatically for some reason (maybe windows has lost the association of the .zip file to the program that opens it), 7zip is a good program to download that's free and does the job (we use this at our work, and we have tight computer security there, so it's been checked as being ok).

    If you're on a Mac then I'm afraid that's out of my knowledge area, maybe someone else could help, or else you could try using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to raise a ticket with the site admin who are very amenable and I'm sure will be able to provide you with the MP3's in an unzipped format.
