When do i start using Lifeflow 10 CD?

    Hello everyone,
    I recently subscribed to Lifeflow audio technology. I downloaded lifeflow 10 . I got an email to start with the project meditation (4 cd ) which i downloaded for free. I listened to it and meditated with the techniques they described there.

    My question is how long do i have to use those meditation techniques before i start listening to Lifeflow 10 cd . Can i start immediately ? I am not sure .

    Hi Sidhantx and welcome to the community.

    In principle, yes you can start using Lifeflow immediately with the meditation.
    Most people find however that practicing the meditation for a while by itself and becoming comfortable with that first and then starting with LF later on works best for them, otherwise the LF track can be somewhat of a distraction whilst trying to get to grips with meditation.

    As for how long, that depends on you. If you're happy with the meditation practice and you feel ready to start the LF tracks, go ahead. ;)

    If you have had meditations that you were content with for about a week, I see no harm in starting with LF 10 :cool:
