Solar plexus muscles twitching

    I tried to post this question earlier in the day but it has not appeared so I guess it must have got lost in space somewhere.


    The question relates to a twitching of the muscles in and around the solar plexus when I am using the program. I have only been doing this for a couple of days but I have noticed that this twitching starts about 10 minutes in and happens every minute or so until the end. As soon as the tape is finished and I return, it is gone.

    Does anyone else get this and what is actually causing it?

    For me it's the third eye, I just feel a kind of "electricity" in my forehead area. Happens to me whenever I feel relaxed, or if I focus on that feeling/area. I was going to post some youtube videos, but for some reason my browser is acting up. Just search youtube for "chakras" and you'll get tons of stuff.

    EDIT: Ok I got youtube to listen to me, I really like this video about chakras. It gives a good general overview on them.
