    I am only a week or so into lifeflow 10 but am experiencing the most beutiful colours;greens,magentas.rose predominate and I am wondering if they have anything to do with the Chacras?
    Also my hands get very hot-any answers please ?

    Audrey,
    I just addressed this "warm" sensation in the hands and arms yesterday in the thread "Can't Focus". If you go to that thread you will see a post there on a few things pertaining to this issue and the possible causes.

    Hi Audrey and welcome to the community. It's perfectly normal to feel various sensations or see colours and images at times. When I was a little girl we had a small room under the stairs which we called the little place where we kept shoes etc. I remembered this little place (which I had forgotten) during meditation the other day and I could smell the shoes and leather :eek: I have no idea what significance it had but it felt really nice. I have enjoyed many sensations and feelings of deep inner peace, although the greatest benefits are the unbelievable changes in my daily life. I wish you an abundance of peace and happiness and look forward to hearing how you progress :) :) :)
