Ok, I've never meditated before, but I woke up after having a very very bad panic attack after drinking an energy drink, I mean this was probably the worst panic attack I've ever had in my life. So I woke up, and after about 10 minutes of waking up and sitting in my computer chair, my ENTIRE body went completely numb, My heart started to beat very fast and I'm having little tiny pains in the left side of my heart, I feel as if I need to throw up but when I try, I can't. I tried to eat something but that didn't work, I tried drinking water, that didn't work. I am honestly convinced I'm about to have a Heart attack or stroke, my parents wont take me to the hospital, which even makes it worse, and my stomach feels like someone just beat it in with a sledgehammer, (It's hard for me to breath)

Could anyone help me, are there any hurbs that I could put in tea to make me better, is there any type of meditation I could use to calm myself down?

    Please reply soon.

It sounds as though you need medical advice, especially if you experience this often.
You should always get issues checked out and diagnosed properly by a medical doctor, and then you can look at the possible ways of dealing with the issue, whether that is orthodox medication or some complementary/alternative method(s).

Meditation is great for relaxaction, but you should first find out that it's just relaxation you need, and not something else.

you can probably just practice breathing in and out slowly and meditating while you do it. All meditating means is becoming aware that the thought(s) in your head at the present moment is a thought. This action causes the thought to lose some of its power and possibly fade away. So as you breathe in and out slowly you can meditate. Just concentrate on the breath and at the same time be aware what is going on in your mind. When a thought pops up, and it sounds like this is going to happen rapidly for you, try to be aware of it and have no judgment towards it. Bring your attention back to the breath. Your attention will keep fading away but keep repeating the process. And also when you have the urge to breath faster, get the breath over with, this is a thought, and when you realize it is a thought it fades away and you can resume being content breathing slowly

Try a new position. Sit up straight instead of laying down. Maybe you can try to use binaural beats!

We tend to think of the three states of consciousness - subconscious sleep, waking consciousness, and superconscious meditation - as linear, with "sub" and "super" nicely separated by the waking state.
In fact, all three meet at what you might call the horizon line of awareness.

There is not an herb you can take that is going to counteract an energy drink induced panic attack, and I'm no doctor but the first thing I would suggest is not drinking energy drinks. Secondly if you are legitimately having these symptoms you need to seek medical attention.

You should practise your breath technique. It will help you I'm sure.
