I personaly like life flow and i know it is the best nevertheless i`m also interested in Holosync, because it`s levels take more time and their all in the deep deltha. Can i combine LF HOLOSYNC listening them both once per day ?

And one more thing how long can i actualy benefit from LF, is ot only 2 - 3 years or there is more ?

    THANKS.

Hi and welcome to the Project Medtiation community.

I haven't done holosync myself, but I know some people on here have and found that the marketing and the constant adding of more and more levels (all of which cost more and more money of course) was too much, and they've found that Lifeflow is better in that there's no hard selling, you know up front how many levels there are and what you're going to have to pay for it and ... well ... it works.

You can benefit from Lifeflow all your life, it's not just something to do for a couple of years and then stop. There are also the free extra tracks (creative flow, optimal learning) you get which you can use during various tasks and a couple of bonus tracks that you use after you've completed all 10 lifeflow levels.

Holosync taking more time means nothing. You can do Lifeflow over as much time as you like, there's no rush or fixed time to do each level. If Holosync uses deep delta levels in all it's tracks that doesn't necessarily mean it's a good thing. Lifeflow works by taking you a step "deeper" (if that's the right word) in the frequencies with each level, gradually training the brain. To me, taking it one step at a time would make more sense than jumping straight in with the "deep" stuff, after all the point of brain training is to train it from one state to another through gradual progression, not trying to force it to the goal straight away (which is most unlikely to work).

I wouldn't recommend combining the two technologies, otherwise it would be like trying to learn French and German by listening to training CD's at the same time. It would just cause confusion.

    Hope that helps.

    Hugs

Hello. I am one of those who used both Holosync and LifeFlow, Holosync in the morning and LifeFlow in the afternoon, for some months. I dropped Holosync when I came to the low-frequency levels of LifeFlow.

I had no ill effects from this as long as I kept them many hours apart. I did have a trippy experience when I used them close together in the beginning (and also played them too much). Let's just say I was glad I was not driving at that point.

The reason why I stuck with Holosync for those months was that the delta immersion meant that I could do with less sleep. I now use LifeFlow 2 for this.

I live in Norway, so money was not a factor in my decision to move fully to LifeFlow. I found it technically superior, and I also found that it attracted people I identify with more closely at my current stage of development.

But if buying new levels from time to time motivates you to keep spending time in stillness, that is not a bad thing either.
