Do any of you have experiences of letting children (ages 9 and older) listen to LifeFlow? I cannot really see any reason for why it would not be OK but I might be missing something......

I think it's a great idea to practise with kids! Don't worry! :)

    Thank you!

I will go ahead and plsy it to them. I suppose you play it without the hearphones as it could be diificult to having them stick to it? (Depending on the age, of course.)

    Hi Margareta,

yes it's much easier without headphones and even if you play it quietly, it works just as well. I hardly ever use headphones personally.

My grandchildren have their favourite tracks to drift off to sleep however we don't play them too long so they don't interfere with their natural sleep cycle. I would also like to mention that anyone suffering from epilepsy should not listen to any kind of entrainment especially if it incorporates flashing lights.

You can play Optimal Learning and Creative Flow as long as you choose when they are studying, doing homework, art or being creative.

Classical Magic is a favourite of mine. It's a beautiful compilation of classical music that incorporates the earth's natural frequency (the Schumman Resonance) I play it often while I'm preparing food and always when we have dinner because it creates a wonderful ambiance and we all benefit.

I hope you and your family enjoy as many benefits as my family and I do and I wish you all an abundance of peace and joy :) :) :)
