    Hello, Everyone!

I have invested in LifeFlow, and I have (quite obviously) joined the forum. I have begun listening, but I am not to the point where I am doing it every day. However, I am thrilled so far. Just wanted to introduce myself. My goal with this is to help me as i change my life.

    Couple questions:

    * Is it normal to see colors? It may sound nuts, but I saw vividly the colors orange, purple, and green during my first visit. I wonder if that means anything.
    * The short version is pretty much what I can do, time wise right now. Is that ok?
    * I have found that it is best for me to meditate before my day, but after exercise in the morning. Is there any benefit to listening to another 20 minutes as I doze off at night as well?

I am sure there are plenty of other questions, but thats it for now.

Hi Phife and welcome to the community forum :)

glad to hear that you are thrilled with LifeFlow so far and I'm sure you will experience more and more benefits. With regards to the colours, here is a link that explains in great detail about both entrainment and meditation...

It is rather a long read, still it's really valuable information for helping you to improve your life.

The shorter version is great for you to use - it's far more important to be consistent and a little LifeFlow each day will create many cumulative benefits.

Many play LifeFlow for a little while to help them drift off to sleep. My grandchildren (11 & 13 years) have done this for about 7 years.

You can also play Creative Flow or Optimal Learning quietly in the background while you are on your computer/studying etc.

I'll post some more tips for you later in the week and if you have more questions please post them. Look forward to hearing how you progress and wish you an abundance of peace and joy :) :) :)
