How to attract a relationship with the person i want?

Hello everyone!

Well i'm trying to attract back the one i love. It's been a long time i'm applying the Law and i achieved getting back to contact with him (i initiated first) and things went well but i didn't achieve him coming back. Now we have to talk for one month. He doesn't seem to want a relationship with me and that thing has also become my belief. I know i can attract him but i do also want to see results soon. I have been applying the Law for months but i finally want to see me and him in a relationship. I want to see a sign from him that he still cares. What do you recommend me to do in order to attract what i want, a relationship with him and actually believe it?
