    Hi Lina,

    Are you trying to download LifeFlow 10?

    If so, you need to go and unlock it first.

    Watch this video, its for Discover Meditation but it explains exactly how to do the unlocking of your items.

    Just substitute Discover Meditation for LifeFlow 10 and you will be fine! PW
