What does "being the prayer" mean to you within the context of meditation practice?

    Hi Olmate,

from my perspective, after consistent practice it means being or engaging in the space I discovered a long time ago. The words I have just written seem totally inadequate for what I am trying to explain...
    I AM the prayer...
    I KNOW my SELF...

One thing I can put into words is that I am deeply grateful for all the new perspectives I have gained through a little daily discipline.

Lovely to hear from you and I wish you an abundance of peace and joy :) :) :)

    Thanks Pollyanna,

Yes words don't help much. For me it is in the space of stepping beyond thought. An illustrative idea might be something like moving from looking at a fish bowl from the outside to being immersed in the water inside - at one and part of... no thinking about, just being.
