Thumbs up Hope to discover meditation.

Hi everyone!!!
I'm new to this experience of meditation, but I'm fully aware of the benefits that will bring to my life, and I really want them.
I just started to meditate a few weeks ago, but it’s been hard for me to clear my mind, and sometimes I have experienced some anxiety while doing it.
I just started yesterday to try the 4 cd experience, and so far I’m at disk 2.
Feels ok so far.

we'll see how I feel when I’m done with cd 4.

Nice talking with a Mexican here! When a person start doing meditation at start it is always there for a person to get through. Try to first normalize your breath. Try to inhale and exhale breathings after 10 seconds pace to get more stable mind to concentrate on meditation. You will start getting attuned to your meditation after some 20 minutes if you will keep on concentrating on meditation for the anxiety persists for the first few minutes to let the mind calm down completely.
