Not pretentious at all.
I was just wondering if there was a particular style you taught e.g. mantra based meditation, or focused breath meditation etc. but it sounds more like you know and teach various techniques. When I first learnt meditation myself, it was a day long workshop that involved a dozen or so different meditation techniques from around the world with a view to letting each person find one that resonated with them; so I can certainly appreciate the principle of finding our own preferred method.
I assume you are the Martin Cosgrove who has produced some meditation CD's out there in google land?

would certainly be interested to hear about your technique for introspection and self-analysis if you'd care to share.
