Hi Michael,

I'm so glad I found your site, I just googled 'meditation' and there it was right at the top. I can't wait to get started, as you will probably see from the timing of this email, I'm an insomniac and hope mediatation will help normalise my sleeping patterns, if not, 3:00am in the morning would be a good time to meditate anyway.

I do have a problem in downloading the CDs, the link just bounces back to the forum. Am I doing something wrong.

Actually first thing I was looking for is an introduction about Mr mackenzie himself ! - Sir.
You seem to have pretty good technical knowledge and sources ! so basically I am impressed and I enjoy looking around.
I forwarded the page where the dancer is turning for instance ! amaziiiiiiiinnnng where does this one come from !?


To reverse it is ok but a friend of mine could make the picture stop !
