Default Lifeflow download v CD

I notice that on the download version it is 40 minutes and the cd version 60 minutes, is this the only difference between the two? If so what is the reason for this, does it make any difference which one I choose? Thanks for any replies.

It doesn't really make a difference unless you really want to meditate for 60 minutes.

Most people meditate for 20 minutes to 40 minutes. The 60 minutes is for those who really want that long, but to be honest, the teachings I've been given by various sources say that meditation for more than about 30 minutes provides no additional benefits. I opted for the 40 minute downloads as opposed to the CD's (and you can just squeeze 2 tracks onto a CD if you set your CD burning software to overburn it to 80 mins rather than the standard 74 mins; just ensure your CD burner is capable of it first).

Hugs

Giles

Thanks for the rapid reply Giles! I will sign up for the download now then, 1 hour with holosync used to get too much.

You are just around the corner from me Sutton Coldfield here!
