Cool Dealing with dizziness....

Hi, I'm new here. Used to meditate a lot about 20 years ago, but lost the habit. After spending a life virtually without illness, I had a stroke 3 months ago. Came out of it pretty well...except for on-and-off dizziness, which just won't go away. I'm a teacher who works one-on-one with my students, and my health problem is starting to affect my job, quite a lot.

The doctors haven't been much help. Could be this, they say, or could be that. Or perhaps something else entirely. So I decided to come back to regular meditation, as it is one of the few things that seems to have any real effect in controlling the dizziness.

By accident, more or less, I have stumbled upon PM...and that very intriguing Lifeflow sample tape. It's only 14 minutes long, but a very interesting 14 minutes indeed. Never heard of brain entraining before.

Oh, one quick question, if I may: Despite the stroke, my blood pressure is actually quite low...so low that it might indeed be causing the dizziness. I keep hearing that Lifeflow lowers BP. That's great if it's too high, but perhaps not so good, in my case. So might Lifeflow actually "normalize" BP? I'm hoping that would be so. Anyone have an opinion? Much thanks, and "hi" again....
