Default Balancing LifeFlow10 and Optimal Learning?

Hello there,
I'm a newbie to this forum and brainwave entrainment, though not to meditation (~25 years). Just finished practicing with the "Discover Meditation" tracks (very nice) and am ready to begin with LifeFlow 10. However, I'm studying for an intensive board exam and would really like to practice with the "Optimal Learning" track, which is 40 minutes long, before I start to study each day. Is it OK to start using the Optimal Learning track at this point in my practice, or should I only be using LifeFlow 10? If it is OK, is there any advice out there on how to optimize my experience with both tracks without having to spend 80 minutes meditating every morning? Is it necessary to practice with LifeFlow 10 every morning for the best results, or could I alternate with the Optimal Learning track? Or should I break them up--do 20 minutes of one and 20 minutes of the other? Or something else? Your input is greatly appreciated!

Hi there Lotus_7 and welcome to the community

So pleased you enjoyed Discover Meditation. You can meditate with LifeFlow 10 for 20 minutes or more in the morning or any other time you choose. You may find 20 minutes is great for you.

Optimal Learning has been designed to gently guide you in to the alpha brainwave state commonly named by scientists as “The super learning state”. You will increase retention and learn with much less mental effort.

You can listen to Optimal Learning with headphones and without and you can play for as long as you choose whenever you are studying.

There are PDF documents you have access to in the download center for Optimal Learning and other tracks. Please let me know if you have any problems in accessing your documents or you can contact the support staff.

Here are a couple of links that may be of interest to you. The first one is from a Doctor who had 30 plus years of meditation experience and the second one is a Young lady who used both LifeFlow 10 and Optimal Learning for some big exams:-

I passed my exam with 100!

Good luck with your exam and wish you much peace and joy

Default RE: Balancing LifeFlow 10 and Optimal Learning Tracks

Hi Pollyanna,

Thank you for your quick, helpful response and for the relevant posts. I've read the PDF on Optimal Learning and look forward to the effects of using both LifeFlow 10 and Optimal Learning daily to improve my studying efforts. I'm finding deep relaxation and enhanced awareness with all of the tracks that I've tried so far.

Many thanks!
