Hello,
I am Fred from Fort Worth, Texas, & I just got Life Flow 10 last night. I had been using another brainwave entrainment program, and I was having some really negative effects form that, plus some personal issues in my life right now. Had not been sleeping much the past week or so and really quite frazzled & exhausted late last night when I decided to check my email. There was an offer for LifeFlow; I thought "What have I got to lose by trying this" so I purchased it, transferred to my Walkman & lay down on the bed. Pretty darn amazing; within about 15 minutes I was much, much calmer; all that racing back & forth in my mind eased off, and after listening I went right to sleep for the best night's sleep I've had in days.
Needless to say, I am very excited to begin this journey, and right pleased to be here on this forum.
