I have been scanning over the forum and it has been brilliant, and has provided me with excellent insight on meditation. I am new to this and feel like it's going to be very helpful in my life already. I'm not convinced I have the hang of it yet, or getting the full experience, but I am already seeing and feeling the benefits of just sitting peacefully, concentrating on my breathing for 15 minutes a day
I am not religious, and am too naive to consider myself spiritual. I do however believe that exploring your mind is what ultimately changes your life, your perception of reality, and can change your life drastically.
