Default newbie to meditation need pointers

HI im Ben. i am new to meditation. I am currently look for stress relief. as i have be looking into this more and more. i am finding that this will be very helpful in alot of other ways. please feel free to email me about what you use meditation for and or how it has helped you. i think this is very cool. I am also curious about out of body experiences. but i need to understand meditation more first. please help????

Meditation is useful for everything in our day to day lives. It helps us to become more aware of what is in front of us and how our mind distracts us, allowing us to live more to our full potential.

Have you downloaded the free "discover meditation" course and had a go yourself?
