I am new at this as well; however I took a transcendantal meditation course years ago. I have been practicing meditation on and off for quite a while but as many human being, when something is really good for somebody, one stops practicing. I intend with Lifeflow to make it part of my daily routine since I know how meditation has been good for me. I have started 3 days ago, and I feel a bit ackward after that 40 min. or so....I do not feel the same as when I meditate without Lifeflow, I guess I will get used to it but now, I cannot say that I am very relaxed after, I feel different. Time will tell....

I tried a number of meditation techniques and entrainment and didn't see any differences in my daily life until I began using LifeFlow. Keep with it for a while, I am sure you will get comfortable with it. Also, maybe try 20 minutes sessions, if you are used to those and listen sometimes with headphones and sometimes without. Let us know how you get along and I wish you much peace and joy

Hello Pollyanna
Thank you for your advice, I have been doing it with and whithout headphones as you suggested me.
I like it, no extreme changes as when I was meditating without Lifeflow though, however , I have decided to stick with this entrainment. I take it slow as Michael Mackenzie suggests it; once a day.
I have a question, how loud should I listen to it, this I am never sure, anybody can help me with this????

Hi Pavlina,
It doesn't have to be loud at all.
The ears are capable of picking up the entrainment beats at very low volumes. Often if we play it too loud, then this distracts us. I myself have it turned very low, so it's just playing softly in the background whilst I meditate.

I think I was listening at it a bit too loud, you know , when you repeat your mantra in your mind but it is a bit confusing....because of the sound in the background

Feeling good
Hello everyone!!!
I am still at L10 and I intend to do it for 2 months, it is getting better and better. There are no dramatic changes, but it seems like I do not need to struggle to get things to happen, it comes naturally, I am more focused, more centered, I make better choices based what's is happening now in my life, let's say that I am not struggling nowadays. I feel lucky, it is as simple as that.
