Hi everyone,
Im new to meditation but recently got into mindfulness practice/meditation to help combat my severe anxiety problems. I do find it is helpful but it takes a lot of determination to sit down and even do 10 minutes of it for me

I was wondering if life flow can enhance mindfulness practice or speed it up? By mindfulness I mean, being aware of my thoughts, and bringing my awareness back to my breath each time I realise I've daydreamed. I've found that this is slowly helping me catch myself as I'm feeling anxious and question my thoughts behind my feelings. Recently however I feel I've gone back a few steps. I was making good progress a week ago and felt I was catching myself most of the time whenever I started being negative, but recently I've been getting lost a lot more in my thought dramas etc

. Any help? Can life flow meditation help me?
I am quite scpetical. I know that binaural beats work, but there is a difference between simply lowering your brainwaves and becoming more relaxed...and increasing your awareness of thoughts. They are two completely different things so if life flow will help me or speed up the process of my mindfulness practice (which most meditation is about anyway I think)...is there any scientific literature to back it up in its effectiveness?
