Question Rookie technical question

When listening to the cds can you actually hear the different wave lengths? Like can you hear the beta wave or the delta without having to hear the waterfalls or wind ect?

The entrainment part can be heard if you turn up the bass but you don't have to hear it to work...it's more pleasant to not, I think. The tracks go from alpha to theta to delta. Lastly comes gamma.

My preference is to keep the volume down but everyone's different
Hope that helps

No you can't hear the different wave lengths. You can here your brain trying to reconcile the different wave lengths in either ear though. It is a beating sound. I know this is true because you can only here it with head phones on.

YES, to the second question!
I am deaf enough to wear hearing aids all the time and this stuff works for me. Michael mentioned a heartbeat recorded in the tracks. I'd never heard it. Finally I turned it up all the way and listened for it and I think I finally heard it. I can hardly hear the background sounds but the wavew lengths still come though.
BTW, I never use my hearing aids while listening to LF with head phones.
