LifeFlow success
Hi guys,
Just wanted to share my experiences with LifeFlow.
I have used other brainwave entrainment cd's in the past and had some success but lifeflow was something else!
I started using LifeFlow in July 2007 and have had some great meditation experiences. I use it in a variety of ways as suggested. The most enjoyable way I have personally found is listening on my stereo on loudspeakers. I find that this works best as I use my mantra.
I was quite surprised when I first began listening over loud speakers, i thought these type of meditation tracks only worked with headphones. It seemed to work even better (deeper meditative states without headphones) for me anyway!
I also have a little dog and when I have the tracks playing over loud speakers it drowns out the noises outside and so this keeps him nice & quiet whilst im meditating (nothing worse that a yapping dog startling you when you're deep in meditation). Works for me anyway!
If you've not tried LifeFlow yet, I highly recommend you give it a try. You don't know what your missing! PW

My results so far !
Hi peaceful warrior and all !
I clearly remember my first lifeflow experience as it was only 5 months ago, I fell asleep after 10 mins! Lol As a born worrier, i worried about this too, that if i fall asleep will i ever experience the benefits of it! I have since heard that this is perfectly normal and will actually still do the job though it is better when you do stay awake. I have just got my head around the fact that if i put it in to practice along side a suited meditation method i will be even more amazed at the results. I have up until now often found it difficult to set aside time for myself, i tend to put other things first ie daily chores, i'm sure i can't be the only person to be guilty of this. Consistency with any self improvement program is a must and yet its taken me months even after the obvious changes i and others have seen in me. My ultimate goal is to really have clarity of mind and to try and empty my mind of all the useless stuff that just builds and clogs up places it shouldn't! ( if that makes any sense at all ) I truly believe that mastering our minds is the biggest gift we can give ourselves !!!!! Thank you Michael McKenzie for this wonderful opportunity !! I feel everyone should have this opportunity as life can be so stressful at times. I plan on "Flowing" through mine, I feel it is just a decision to opt for this and not the rollercoaster lives many people lead. Lets hope that this project explodes to many others out there in desperate need of a Karma Life!!! Namaste

Ahhhh...
Hi everyone,
I too started using the LifeFlow program about five months ago. I was in a period of high stress and was looking for something that would just help me survive! Along came Michael and the LifeFlow program at just the right time.
When I first started meditating with the program I was looking for a way to clear my mind and release the anxiety that had built up inside over the past two years. I not only found a peaceful "undercurrent" within me, I found that it was there all the time and was increasingly more accessible.
Today, I meditate with the program as a part of my daily routine, or when I need to relax while my daughters are taking a nap, or as a way to relax at the end of the day. I have also meditated with the program when I'm in the middle of a "life crisis" and need to tap into my intuitive thinking process to creatively solve a "problem."
The LifeFlow series has been a continual source of blessings for me and for my family. Thanks Michael!
Joshua

Massive understanding of meditation!!!
There have been probably 3 important and huge steps for me that I would like to share with everyone. I used Discover Meditation before LifeFlow and because of the easy to understand explanations Michael gave, I felt something had clicked and the pressure of trying too hard dissapeared. I learned a lot about meditation with the course. I liked his story about the woodcutter - made me realize "my quiet time" is vital to my health and happiness. I always practise his 2 minute suggestion at the end of every meditation session and I play the beautiful music he shared with the gratitude exercise (the exercise is really powerful) Then came LifeFlow which I will use forever. My last massive leap forward was when I read all his reports. WOW!!! This was an eye-opener to me. I realized where all my stress and worry came from, why I reacted the way I did and understood how meditation would constantly improve my life. Like me, lots of people have weird and wonderful ideas about meditation, but when you read and understand ( Learn How You Can Benefit From Project Meditation!) it's truly like a revelation. I made a huge poster becausethe impact was so great to me. The poster by my bed reads "TO KNOW AND NOT TO DO IS NOT TO KNOW, BECAUSE IF YOU REALLY REALLY KNEW, YOU COULDN'T POSSIBLY HOLD BACK!!" I hope you all read the reports Michael has written and let me and others know what impact it has on you.
P.S. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the gratitude exercise as well. So many of my friends and relatives comment on the changes in me and my life. Thank-you Michael - you've helped make my life become amazing!!!!! Love and happiness to you all Pollyanna

I have just tried life flow 10
I have to admit that I was pretty sceptical towards this whole thing. But I thought "I might as well try". I am very impressed by the result!
You know how it is on the internet...everything looks like a scam, but this seems to be the real deal! I think you made a great choice in making the first few CDs free. People are of couse afraid of giving out money via the internet without knowing what kind of product they are getting.
I am looking forward to listening to the track again tomorrow, and even moreso i am looking forward to trying out track 9 in a month or so

Hi, Ras.
Your experience mirrors mine exactly.
The homepage about Lifeflow made it sound intriguing, but that homepage also looked similar to a lot of internet 'scamy' pages.
I'm really impressed so far (admittedly after just a few sessions). I'm planning to stick with CD 10 for the rest of December, then move on to the next CD each calendar month thereafter.

Hi Whitefort. Just a friendly word of advice. Michael recommends that you stay on each level for at least two months. I did the first two levels in two months and then found using level 8 that shortly into my meditation, I needed to inhale (gasp) a huge breath and this continued frequently throughout my meditation session. This inhibited my meditation. I then backtracked to level 9 and it definitely helped, although I still find myself with the need to 'gasp' from time to time. I now stick to a minimum or two months and believe that it is better.

Hi Neilcamp. Thanks for the tip!
I did read the instructions, but I must have been over-eager and misread the bit about sticking with a level for two months.
No problem - I'm in this for the long haul anyway. 20 months it is!
Thanks again!
