Default Meditation is really working!!

Today I read e-mail from Michael about diseases that might be caused by stress building up inside us. And I would like to share my success story with you. Especially, not that long ago my grandfather died because of stroke and I suffer from ulcers because I have 'short fuse'. And now everytime I get nervous I feel very strong pain in the stomach and most of a time I have to go to the hospital.

When I saw 'Project Meditation' on the internet for the very first time I was skeptical. I couldn't belive that someone who spent so much money and time to improve his meditation skills and life, wanted to share all that information for free. But after I had read success stories, I have decided to give it a try. And now I'm glad I did give it a chance.

I've been meditating for 1 year now. And I must say it is amazing how meditation have helped me. Since I've started meditating I didn't have to visit hospital even once. Maybe except last week when I went there to have my ulcers checked and to my amazement doctor said that my ulcers shrunk, which is good. All that thanks to meditation. I've learnt how to cope with stress, anger and how to release tenseness.

I truely recommend meditation with lifeflow and even without it to everyone who wants to get rid of his/her problems. It is really working. And if skepical now like I was in the beginning give a try. All in all you have nothing to lose, but very much to gain.

Yeah , I only can confirm that. I started meditating in the 90ies regulary I do it since about 6 Years. Since about 4 Years no Doctor has seen me anymore.
(unfortunatly I couldnīt take sickleave from work either anymore ) Iīm 42 but look around 30 (well at least so people tell me) I bareley ever get agitated , I overcame depression and now have a quite positiv outlook on life.

All in all I can say, Iīm gratefull that I allways was openminded and gave meditation a chance in 1991. Even in this time people still look at one funny if you tell them you meditate, but if more people would know what benefits meditating has (and would give it a chance) , I reckon far more people could reep the benifits of meditation.

I think the effects are all about how much you believe in it and how seriously you take. Meditation is widely known as a potent method of focusing the mind and healing the body, as well as attaining self-realization. There are many different ways to mediate.
Meditation means a concentrated state of mind or to engage in mental exercise to reach at the highest level of spiritual awareness. It is a state of consciousness that brings serenity, clarity, and bliss. There are a lot of reasons for meditation such as for stress reduction, improved health emotional stability, positive thinking, and happiness and for success or quality of life.
