Default A Thank You

This isn't exactly a success story but this is probably the best place for this post.
I'm posting this as a tribute to all of you here at project-meditation.
First of all, i think we all owe it to michael for making his lifeflow availiable and for creating such an amazing community. You're one of the most generous people i know.
Second to Peaceful Warrior and Pollyana for their great moderating work and improvements to the community and help given to people who need it. You guys are great. Thanks especially to Pollyana for sharing your brilliant story with us. I'm sure it motivated many to achieve what you've achieved in your life.
And Third to all the members of the community for without you the community wouldn't exist. Thank you for posting helpful information and being so supportive to everyone. Congratulations to Ultimind for winning the referal competition and i hope you're really enjoying medi-heaven.

You guys are examples of what true human beings should be like. If every human were as generous and lovely as you all are then it would be heaven on earth.

Thank You all.

P.S some of you may think this is quite a random post and i agree with you but at the moment i'm feeling really happy and about 95% of it is due to this website so i figured that this was the best way to vent my happiness or i'll explode

Divinity Wolf your kind words say it all !!!! Here's a quote that came to mind when I read your post ( I'm really into quotes -lol )
"When we feel love and kindness toward others, it not only makes others feel loved and cared for, but it helps us also to develop inner happiness and peace."-HH the Dalai Lama-
Kind regards to all at PROJECT MEDITATION-ellen

Hi divinity wolf
I am so glad that you're able to vent your happiness, would be such a waste if you exploded!
I am in awe that I have spent so much time being so stressed and the more stressed I became the harder it became to cope with my sadness and irritation. I am so much calmer despite only starting 2 and a squidge days ago at this rate I'll find my lost energy and the pains will ease. I'm looking forward to being able to have fun on the beach with my children and no longer will I say I'm too busy to relax and enjoy life and the beauty of this planet. This m.e/c.f.s hit me hard but the peace that meditation has already brought me will keep me in check.
I am now a fluffy marshmallow and soon I'll be a floating marshmallow.
This community is great and I just can't express my gratitude enough.

Thank you DivinityWolf for making me laugh!

I'm also feeling very positive at the moment.

I just wanted to add too for people trying to meditate to persist if it seems that no result is coming. Two days ago when I meditated on Lifeflow CD10 I felt more relaxed than usually and it seems that I had a glimpse at some point of what could be a good session of meditation. Not that there's any wrong or right meditation session, but I felt that the state I was into (lightness, well-being, sorry I can't really explain it well) could probably be reached more often, more easily with practice.

I'm persistent in general but one of Michael's email also helped me when he described that it might take days for people or months for others to feel the benefits. It's very encouraging. I've been meditating for more than a month with Lifeflow and I was not feeling anything special at the beginning, sometimes falling a bit asleep. But gradually, I noticed myself more relaxed, physically, and two days ago, it's more in my mind that I felt something. Now, I actually really enjoy this process of discovery (at the beginning I was thinking that everyone could feel the benefits except me). I just let go now without expecting anything. And if I'm busy with lots of thoughts, I accept them.

This community is just bliss in my life at the moment and I don't know if it's meditation or reading "self help" books or watching The Secret, being surrounded by positive people at work, or all of it, but I do feel more positive. I really want to approach life in a positive way and focus on things that I want. I even feel more energised at work at the moment and complaint much less than I used too, actually I'm not really complaining anymore...Yes!!! It's so unnecessary and doesn't make things move on. Anyway, there are things going on at the moment for me and I'm happy!
