Default Feeling Inspired 24/7

Hi,

I was meditating for approximately a year with holosync (used only a couple of cds) and felt a surge of confidence within 3 months. So I searched the web for more about this technology and came across Lifeflow. The sample was delicious.... to say the least. Holosync sounded bland in comparison, but I only signed up for Lifeflow 2 months ago because with the new surge of confidence and awakening that I was experiencing, I found myself more interested in my yoga practice, i was enjoying more and more how my body felt as I moved into different postures in my yoga practice, it was becoming a spiritual experience, so I allowed myself to flow in this new direction and without planning, I spontaeneously signed up for yoga teacher training one day with one of the best teachers on my home DVD's.
Included in the yoga teacher training, I attended a segment on Cymatics (study of visible sound and vibration and the effects of this on the brain). Something was telling me now that I needed both: yoga and deep meditation. In Cymatics, there is scientific proof that this technology alters brain wave patterns and from here, without hesitation, I made a decision to purchase the 10 cds of Lifeflow. I am only within 2 months of my 10th cd and I feel inspired from the time I wake up until I go to bed at night. I am also thankful for Michael's "The Good Life" issues, it is very informative and encouraging.

I am now teaching yoga, something I never thought I would do (I am usually intimidated to lead a group), all of a sudden, I have broken out of my shell! I teach yoga from my spirit, my passion and my understanding. My inner self has awakened, I also work my regular job (in a collections call centre) with enthusiasm, confidence, high energy and compassion for clients -- previously, I used to have some days where I dreaded going to work, to listen to clients screaming, etc, I would have to force myself to be in this frontline position and count the hours before going home. But now I feel comfortable to be myself allowing my inner spirit and nature / common sense to take over. I have shifted from thinking mind to feeling. Work has become a breeze, it has gone from high stress to balanced. My family also relies on me as their anchor.
Life is good and I make it a point to meditate everyday for 40 mins lifeflow, somedays I can only do 20 mins and there's some odd days where I cannot accomodate it at all ...

With the pace of life these days and with media and outside stimulation streaming towards you in all directions, one can feel displaced and unsure of themselves, we need to meditate and centre ourselves to stay on purpose. It would take me many years to reach this state because it takes a lot of discipline to just sit quietely for 40 mins and do nothing except focussing on the breath.

Lifeflow helps me focus on my breath, when I listen to the cd, I shift to a state of gratitude. I automatically become thankful for all my blessings and I come out of it feeling more humble, my mind quiet and my inner state: inspired.

Thankyou to Michael
