The Blessing of Lifeflow
And it is a blessing! I've spent a lifetime (most of my 63 years) exploring meditation and the countless methods that are out there. Like many of you who are older, my interest began in the 60s when the intellectual climate was extremely open to all things that had any effect on the soul's remarkable journey and the ways one could work on themselves and reach new levels of consciousness. I started with Ram Das, then TM, and then tried every approach and teacher I could find - every mantra, every book; it was all wonderful. Eventually, I discovered Robert Monroe and his wonderful Institute and his countless brainwave entrainment methods and recordings (Hemi-Sync), as well as the excellent folks in Oregon at Centerpointe and their highly effective program (Holosync). Everything I've tried has changed me in a positive way. And now Lifeflow. I can't say enough nice things about it or recommend it any more than I already have.
I knew when I first bumped into Michael during one of my frequent bouts of hopelessly-addicted web-crawling that he was simply "in it for the karma". I watched the whole thing grow with small steps into the great community it is now. And, it grew for one reason - it's real. Lifeflow can put you where you need to be in a very short time; your meditation efforts become more effective, your entire attitude becomes more positive, and every aspect of your life seems to change for the better. Not only that, but, you don't have to worry about things like your headphones being aligned in the correct left-right configuration or what order to do things in or bringing a rose and $500 to the master. It's there, you use it, you benefit. It's that simple.
Thanks Michael, and whatever holiday you may celebrate, I hope it's good for you and those you love because, you certainly made this year special for me.
And, what a pleasure this forum is.
