Default reaction to lifeflow 10

I've been doing Lifeflow 10 for about a week now, but tonight I had a major revelation. The key for me is to tune into the sound of my mantra; the "mmm" sound at the end seems crucial. I don't know if it somehow comes in harmony with the cd tracks, but man I swear within seconds of doing this I felt like I was walking through my head, the soundwaves had immersed themselves in me, almost like I completely lost my body; it was unbelievable. It was almost as if my head was as big as the world, limitless as the sky, and deep as the ocean. By the end of my meditation I felt like waves were rolling and pulsating through my very being.

I've been doing meditation off and on now for years, but never has it been like this. I've been through so many websites and scanned through the self help sections in so many bookstores I can't believe my dedication towards improving myself is finally beginning to pay off. I only hope this isn't a fluke and this time the changes are permanent.

Hi Beatmusic and welcome to the forums.

That sounds like a pretty amazing experience you've had there.
I've also experienced similar things on a few occasions with my meditation practice. I call it "detachment". It's not something that can be easily put into words. Some people call it bliss, but I don't think any words can do it justice. It's more a sense of ultimate peace and being connected with your true Self and being detached from everything else... sort of like Being "At One".

I'm sure it wasn't a fluke and I'm sure you'll experience it again.

Hugs

Giles

This is nice to hear. I love meditating too, it works wonders for me. I've stumbled upon this website and I like it also because it has different information about meditations. I'll share it with you its: Free Self Improvement Tips, Online Self Help Guide, Personal Development Plan
