Default Anxiety symptoms

Anxiety symptoms create nervousness and concern for many people. Some worry they are having a heart attack and others are terrified of experiencing another panic attack. I used to become stressed out myself dealing with patients who experience full blown panic attacks and a whole host of anxiety symptoms on a daily basis. A surgeon and friend of mine recommended meditation to me about 2 years ago and eventually I stumbled upon the free course and Lifeflow. And what a blessing this has been to both myself and my patients. Two years ago I was convinced I had chosen the wrong career and was on the verge of leaving what is now my true vocation. The fact that I can stay totally calm and compassionate seems to have an immense calming effect on them. I am deeply grateful to you and recommend your program to anyone suffering with stress or showing any signs of anxiety symptoms

I'm having a really bad panic day today. I've been pretty good for the last 3 or 4 weeks but stress at work sent me over the edge. I'm going to listen to some LifeFlow8 tonight. I've also found that placing a heating pad over my abdomen set on medium heat for about 30 minutes helps very much. A lot of times I fall asleep with it on.

Hello Boris and JPB. I too suffered from anxiety and panic attacks. Meditation and LifeFlow enabled me to completely get rid of anxiety. It has been years since I experienced a panic attack. Meditation and Lifeflow have changed my life completely.

One note I wanted to add concerning what you just said Boris...I noticed when I was dealing with anxiety it did not just go away over night. It gradually went away. The gaps between the panic attacks became longer and longer. I always asked myself why they returned but then I started tracking them and I noticed instead of everyday it moved to every other day, then a couple times a week to a couple of times and month to once or twice in 6 months then to just experiencing mild anxiety then disappearing completely. In my experience, anxiety worked like an alarm (a false one obviously) that went off on its own without me doing anything to trigger it. When it did return I counted how long it was since my last episode. When I counted 6 months then I realized "wow, that was a long time, ok this little episode will pass...just keep meditating." Its almost like before I completely got rid of the anxiety and panic I became comfortable with it first. I guess its hard to be afraid of something to that you are comfortable with. When I learned how to do this I began applying this method to anger, jealousy, and other negative emotions. Thats when the real life change kicked in. Sorry to ramble. If you look at my other posts I tend to get give alot of feedback when I hear people on this forum speak of anxiety. It opens so many doors to learning about yourself that in a way I feel sorry for anxiety sufferers but at the same time I know a short time from now you will be grateful for the experience and what you learned. Anyhow, I'll stop rambling. Wish you both the best.

Franz, I always like to hear other people's success stories with panic and anxiety. It helps me to feel that what I am doing is keeping me on the right track. As you said, panic and anxiety passes away slowly so how else would I know to keep doing what I'm doing? Thanks for your input.
