With little calculations I realized that I can spend 10 minutes meditating. (5 minutes after 2 hours and 5 minutes after 3.5 hours.)

Can anyone say what is best meditation for resting the brain if I have those 5 minutes and after it I have to use my brains again?

The typical adult concentration span is about 20 minutes. I would suggest that every 20 minutes you bring yourself "to your senses". This doesn't require meditation or the eyes being closed and doesn't take more than about 30 seconds to do. Quite simply, connect with your senses and bring your focus to them allowing all the thoughts and ideas to clear from the mind. First focus on your feet connecting with the floor, then with the weight of your body on the chair, the touch of the clothes on the skin, the smell of the air, the taste in the mouth, the colours and shapes in the vision and finally the sound of everything around you. Spend a few seconds on each place keeping the focus on that place, and let any thoughts or ideas about it simply pass without any comment. When done, bring your focus back to your work/exam and continue.
