It is more about part that involves being less smart and stressed. I just need to find a way how to do it without harming health. I used meditation before in such things, so you can just refer to type of meditation or something like that.

I'm not quite sure what it is you're asking or trying to achieve. Meditation won't induce a drunk like state if that's what you're asking. Only alcohol can do that, although there really is little (or no) point to being in such a state.
Meditation can certainly help people to feel less stressed, but is more likely to bring about mental alertness rather than making people less smart; although how smart you are purely depends on your conscious knowledge, where meditation can actually bring unconscious knowledge to the surface, hence making us appear smarter, although we really already know everything already, even if we don't know how to put it into words.
