If you've not meditated with lifeflow for that long, then it's probably a good idea to start back at level 10 and work your way through them again... though you may find that you don't need to spend as long on each level... but generally you'll know when it feels right to move to the next one.

Hugs

Giles

Hi autoseimai, meditation does allow anxious feelings to surface during or after practising, allowing you to observe and release them. Here's my personal perspective after meditating with and without LifeFlow for almost 6 years:-

LifeFlow and focusing on a mantra allowed me to reach the meditative states and become comfortable and familiar with them. Once I became familiar, I could enter meditation on my own, which I often do, although I continue to use LifeFlow because it keeps me in the various beneficial states for longer.

Busy life and challenges continue. What has changed dramatically is my perspective and how I deal with them now. I understand how thoughts (mind chatter) accumulated, ran incessantly and often controlled much of my life and now I see them for what they are. Now I have the pause and stop button and am in control, which in itself is very freeing and liberating.

Each of the LifeFlow levels have their own unique benefits and all of them are valuable. Here's a link to the benefits of each state:-

Brainwave States

It's mandatory for companies to give breaks to their employee's for good reason. We all need little breaks and we all have this quiet space within to rest awhile. I'm so glad you've found yours again. It really is the most natural thing for us to do each day (even if we only have a few minutes a day)

Hope this helps and wish you much peace and joy

I just can tell from my experience. When i stop with LF for a few months, i have to start from 10 again. I dont know why this is, but as you i can slip (after a pause) into very deep moments with deeper levels from LF, but afterwards i get very irritated. It seems like the brain needs to get used to the entrainment, and to the quietness - though im not sure what the reason exactly is.
