I used to have a slight tinnitus, and in the beginning of LF it always got stronger after a session. Nowadays its totaly gone, and i dont have a clue why. Didnt bother me that much anyway.
You shouldnt be worried about it, but you can always check with your doc if you´re unsure.
Just the other day I researched about something similar, not a ringing but there are accounts that people say its your chakra/aura energy. Google Hu sound in right ear or Aum sound. You may find quite a bit of interesting info. I have a Hu sound alot especially after meditating. They say it kind of reflects your bodies consciousness level
