completion of levels

Hi

When you have completed level 1 of lifeflow where do you go from there can you meditate with any of the levels at random.

Hi Ali,

Yes, once you've completed the levels, just keep using whichever ones you want. Personally I try to ensure I use each one every now and then, so none of them get missed out.
