Hi there Pegasus and apologies for late reply. Lost internet on Sunday evening with a thunderstorm.
Now this is when it would have been good to keep a journal so I could refer back to when I noticed some of the big changes that occured during the first few months or year. I remember feeling much calmer in situations pretty quickly and becoming aware of my reactions to people and situations.
I have meditated from the beginning with the free Discover Meditation method while playing LifeFlow. I also use a computer for my work and constantly used to play Creative Flow while working and found it really helped my focus and made my work at the computer much more enjoyable. I preferred listening to Creative Flow to Optimal Learning. Then I replaced Creative Flow with Nirvana (one of the gamma tracks) as I preferred this to Awaken. I have been playing Awaken the last couple of months while working.
One thing I am certain of is that I will continue to play these tracks over open speakers whenever I am working at my computer or studying because it really helps and I never feel tired like I used to do. Before LifeFlow my head would begin to nod and my eyes close after working a few hours but this is a thing of the past.
Not having your mind wandering or constantly chattering away is like a breath of fresh air. To be able to solve problems quickly and easily is certainly down to the fact that my mind is uncluttered of so much useless garbage that used to endlessly loop through it.
