Default changing levles

Can anyone speak to their experiences when changing levels? I have recently started level 9; but somehow felt more intense meditations with level 10. Maybe it was because I was just starting. Thank you in advance. Steve

Hah, this is exactly how I felt when I make the shift from 10 to 9, so I will respond and hopefully you will find it helpful.

Don't worry, keep hitting lvl 9. If lvl 10 is somewhere you still want to be on, you can use it once in a while. I had the same issue (Questions: LF9 issues and improving Meditation), it's all good.

It will normalize after a while and lvl 9 will feel distinctly different. Everytime you change levels you might experience some variation of the same thing. The new level never feels 'as good' as the previous one. It might have something to do with your brain not being acclimatized to the new level of entrainment. Just hang in there and stay consistent and you will see the difference.

Just so you know, at this point (I'm currently on lvl 7, going onto 6 in a week or so), I actually like 9 more than 10, despite feeling the same way as you at your current level of lifeflow progress. So don't worry mate! : ) : )

Hey,

It can also be a sign, that youre not ready yet for the next level. But thats different for every person. What i prefer to do, when switching levels, is to mix the two levels for a few days, so that my brain gets used to it. So its really up to you and how you feel it might be right for you.

Atb,
Phil
