Question Need Experts Advice

I have been practicing regular meditation since last 5 months. but recently i gave it major concern to get rid of chronic anxiety that i was suffering from because of a bad relationship experience. so suddenly i extended my meditation time and techniques. i meditate on all chakra centers in two shifts of 1 hour. i.e 2 hour per day. so many times while i m in deep meditative state i have felt electric charge type vibrations in my body and increase in heart beat rate.
Major problem is that its hard for me to sleep now. when we start to sense the sleep, our mind is flooded by random pictures and sounds. we should not think about them(it activates the brain) but we can observe them. then a point arrives when we lost our consciousness completely. Exactly near this point i feel like i m floating out of my body. it triggers my senses and i wake myself up. at first i got afraid of it. ultimately i get to sleep very late when i m completely tired and in awkward positions . two times i have found myself paralysed after suddenly waking up from bad dreams.
in my dreams someone grabbed me from behind and i woke up and i was realy grabbed. i could not move or even speak anything until i pulled myself real hard.
but major problem is sleep. I think it is because of suddenly increasing my meditation hours. i need some experts advice to overcome this "floating out feeling " problem. i really cant sleep with it.
