To begin with does it make a difference what earphones you use? I only have some cheap ones but their nose isolating, and the frequency response is 20HZ-20KHZ. Is that good enough to feel the full effect of the entrainment?
Also can the entrainment be more beneficial at different parts of the day? I seem to enjoy it more if i meditate before bed, but i dont know if its better in the morning, readying you for the day? If i can ill try and do it twice a day but thats not often. I just wanna get the best i can out of the sessions. Thank you.

Hi there Sky Seeker,
I think your headphones are fine. Twenty Hz is the limit at which the human ear can resolve a "pitch" from a sound. It is not the limit at which the vibrations from sound can be perceived. Below 20Hz they are simply perceived as beats, not as a musical pitch. But you do hear them, and your brain does entrain to them.
I think whatever time you meditate is just a personal preference. The most important thing is to be consistant. I wish you an abundance of peace and joy on your continuing journey of self discovery
