Daydreaming too much
When i first started using Lifeflow i could go really deep and reach alpha state pretty quickly, but now i seem to daydream a lot more and i don't go deep at all so i feel that my meditation has been a waste for that day.
When my mind does start to day dream i try to bring my focus back to my breathing instead of trying to "hear" my mantra.
Anyone know how to be able to concentrate on your mantra for longer?
