My first meditation
Hey all,
This is my first post here.
I have problem's with my self esteem and get sometimes stressed.I think meditation could be a cure for it.
I started yesterday meditatating.I was interested in it for a very long time but now i've just finally tried it and I loved it.I read a book called "Deep meditation" by Yongi.It is meditation using the mantra.The problem I have is that there are so many techniques I dont know what to choose from.What I've read on the internet is that you should choose the best for you.But there are so many.I dont know where to start.I enjoy the mantra meditation but then again this is just my 2nd day.
What meditation would be best for my circumstance?I would like to get rid of my low self esteem.And also I hear different mantra words give different results.What word should I use.The book told me to say "Ayam".And also is there any books you recommend me reading?I was going to read a book by the same author "Advanced Yoga".
I would appreciate your thoughts on this.
