Im new and could really use some pointers.....
ok so i looked on here first to see what kinds of posts there were to see if i could use them but i noticed none about meditation on pain......ive used meditation before but its my first time to try for pain and so far im not doing so great at it......at first it was going well but then since i havent really gotten into this yet my mind wasnt used to it so it go off track and the thought of pain still came to mind.....if you guys could help me it would be greatly appreciated
